This study examines the role of El Djeich magazine as a strategic media institution in Algeria, investigating how it institutionalizes revolutionary memory as a value-based reference that shapes the institutional identity of the People's National Army (PNA) personnel. The research problem addresses how the magazine’s editorial discourse bridges the sanctity of historical legacy with the requirements of professional and technical readiness in the face of contemporary digital transformation challenges. Adopting a descriptive-analytical approach, the study utilizes qualitative content analysis of issue 755 of El Djeich (June 2026). The findings reveal that the magazine employs a dual rhetorical strategy combining enthusiastic narrative styles with explanatory-argumentative frameworks, thereby fostering an institutional identity that reinforces combat doctrine. Furthermore, the study demonstrates that the magazine successfully "humanizes" technology by linking professional development with revolutionary values; it presents modern combat readiness not merely as a technical necessity but as a historical trust and a militant extension of the glorious November principles.
