: This study presents a systematic review of the applications of content analysis in corporate communication research in the era of digital data. It examines studies published between 2013 and 2025 retrieved from major academic databases. The review explores the methodological approaches, analytical tools, and technological challenges associated with digital content analysis. The findings indicate a significant expansion in the use of content analysis for reputation management, crisis communication, audience analysis, campaign evaluation, and corporate discourse analysis. They also reveal the growing adoption of automated content analysis, machine learning, natural language processing, and Big Data Analytics. Despite these advances, several challenges persist, including data quality, natural language complexity, algorithmic bias, sampling representativeness, and ethical concerns. The study concludes that integrating qualitative and quantitative approaches through hybrid analytical frameworks can enhance the effectiveness and rigor of corporate communication research in digital environments.
