Abstract
The term digital parenting is used to describe the parental behaviors and strategies employed to mediate and reduce the negative effects of media on children. It also refers to the way parents increasingly participate in managing their children's relationship with digital media. Digital parental mediation is the way parents integrate digital media into their children's daily activities and parenting practices to achieve digital safety and safe navigation in the online world with children. This helps parents their children's online activities and regulate their use of computers and smartphones to maintain their safety. Intellectual security for children is considered the core essence of achieving comprehensive digital safety for them and their families.Therefore, this article includes the following elements:1.Study concepts 2.The role of parents in children's digital safety 3. The role of the family in intellectual security 4.The role of digital parenting in achieving intellectual security for children 5.Algeria's efforts in establishing digital parenting.
