الملخص
أولت الحكومة مؤخرا اهتماما بالغا بفكرة المؤسسات الناشئة، لكونها تعتبر لبنة أساسية في اقتصاد أي دولة، ليتعاظم دورها وتحتل بذلك مكانة في الأسواق المحلية والدولية، غير أن الأمر لم يخلو من تحديات وعوائق تزامن وجودها بالظهور الفعلي، لما يعرف بحاضنات الأعمال، والتي كانت بمثابة المنصة والأب الروحي لهكذا هياكل مؤسساتية، إرتبط وجودها هي الأخرى بديناميكية التحول الرقمي أو البيئة الرقمية التي فعلت من قدراتها التنافسية. تأسيسا على ذلك ، فإن الموجز الوافي للمداخلة، وفي ظل هذا السياق الصعب، يضعنا أمام حتمية إدراك حجم التحديات والإشكالات التي تواجهها مثل هكذا هياكل، ومنه مدى التكيف ودناميكية التحول الرقمي أو البيئة الرقمية، وماتوفره من دعم وخلق لنظام بيئي متكامل، يهدف بالدرجة الأولى إلى تشجيع حاملي المشاريع المبتكرة، لتحويل أفكارهم الإبداعية إلى مؤسسات رائدة في مجال تكنولوجيا الإبتكار والإبداع. The government has recently attached great importance to the concept of startups, considering them a cornerstone in the economy of any nation. Consequently, their role has expanded, allowing them to secure a prominent position in both local and international markets. However, this journey has not been free of challenges and obstacles that emerged alongside the actual rise of what are known as business incubators. These incubators have served as a platform and a godfather to such institutional structures, and their existence has, in turn, been linked to the dynamics of digital transformation or the digital environment, which has significantly enhanced their competitive capabilities. Based on this, within this challenging context, the comprehensive abstract of this intervention highlights the imperative need to understand the scale of challenges and issues faced by these structures. Accordingly, it examines the extent of their adaptation to the dynamics of digital transformation or the digital environment, as well as the support and integrated ecosystem it provides. This ecosystem primarily aims to encourage innovative project holders to transform their creative ideas into pioneering enterprises in the field of innovation and creativity technology.
