فاعلية المنظمات غير الحكومية في التشغيل والحد من الفقر في العراق : دراسة تطبيقية على منظمة أخوية المحبة الإنسانية

الملخص
الملخص يهدف هذا البحث الى تحليل فاعلية المنظمات غير الحكومية ودورها في دعم التشغيل وتقليل نسبة معينة من البطالة والحد من الفقر في العراق، من خلال دراسة وتحليل حالة منظمة أخوية المحبة كونها واحدة من المنظمات الفاعلة في المجالات الأنسانية والتنموية. أعتمد هذا البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وذلك من خلال تحليل البرامج والمشاريع للمنظمة ومؤشرات الأداء الخاصة بها،ولاسيما مشاريع سبل العيش والتعليم والدعم الأنساني . وتوصل البحث الى ان منظمة أخوية المحبة أسهمت بشكل واضح في توفير فرص للعمل وأيضاً تحسين المستوى المعاشي للعوائل الفقيرة وتعزيز القدرات البشرية للمستفيدين ، كما وساهمت في دعم الأستقرار الجتماعي وتقليل أثار الفقر والبطالة . حيث اوصى البحث بتوسيع الشراكات بين المنظمات غير الحكومية والقطاعين العام والخاص وذلك لضمان تحقيق الأسندامة في نتائج المشاريع والبرامج التنموية . Abstract: This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and their role in supporting employment, reducing a certain percentage of unemployment and poverty in Iraq, By studying and analyzing the case of Al-Mahaba Brotherhood Humanitarian organization as one of the active organizations in the humanitarian and development fields. This research relied on the descriptive analytical approach by analyzing the organization's programs and projects and their performance indicators, especially livelihood, education and humanitarian support projects. The research concluded that Al-Mahaba Brotherhood Humanitarian organization clearly contributed to providing job opportunities, improving the standard of living of poor families, and enhancing the human capabilities of the beneficiaries, It also contributed to supporting social stability and reducing the effects of poverty and unemployment. The research recommended expanding partnerships between non-governmental organizations and the public and private sectors ; This is to ensure sustainability in the results of development projects and programmes.
