إشكالية الممارسة الترجميّة الآليّة في اللسانيات الحاسوبيّة

الملخص

لا مناص من الاعتراف أنّ الترجمة ركيزة أساسيّة لتجسير معبر المثاقفة لما حقّقته من إمدادات معرفيّة بين الشعوب، ولا يمكن لأحد نكران الدور البليغ في مرافقتها لنمو الجماعات البشريّة، الأمر الذي وَسَمَها بأنّها جواز سفر النصوص. وبما أنّ الراهن المعرفيّ يقتضي التواصل الدائم بين الشعوب والاطلاع على ثقافات الغير باختلاف ألسنتهم، تزداد الأهميّة القصوى لضرورة الفعل الترجمي. وهنا يُطرح إشكال يضم جملة من التساؤلات: هل يمكن ممارسة الفعل الترجميّ آليّا ؟ إلى أيّ مدى تتحقّق الغاية من هذا الفعل؟ وإن لم تتحقّق، فهل من بديل تمدّه لنا اللسانيات الحاسوبيّة؟ وهل تمكّنت الترجمــة اللسانيــة من تحقيق التواصل الثقافي بين مختلف الأمم؟ هل فعلا صعوبــة الترجمــة الآليّة تكمن في تعدديّة مضمون المصطلــح ؟ ما هي الشروط الواجب توفرها في الترجمان؟ للإجابة عن هذه الانشغالات المعرفيّة، لزاما الوقوف عند مفهوم الترجمة، أنواعها ومشكلاتها فثمّة علاقتها مع اللسانيات الحاسوبيّة. It is inevitable that translation is an essential pillar for bridging the intercultural crossing for people's knowledge supplies, and no one can deny the eloquent role in accompanying it to the growth of human groups, which has characterized it as the passport of texts. Since the cognitive present requires permanent communication between peoples and access to the cultures of others in their different tongues, the need for translational action is all the more important. Here, a problem arises with a variety of questions: can the translational act be exercised automatically? How far does the purpose of this act come? If not, is there any alternative to computer linguistics? Translation enabled cultural communication between different nations? Does the difficulty of automatic translation indeed lie in the multiplicity of the term's content? What are the requirements for translation? To answer these cognitive concerns, it is necessary to stand up to the concept of translation, its types and problems. There is its relationship with computer linguistics.
