Abstract
تسعى الدراسة الحالية إلى دراسة العلاقة بين أساليب القيادة التربوية والرضا الوظيفي لدى معلمي المدارس الابتدائية. هدفها هو توليد رؤى تساهم في فهم أعمق لكل من القيادة التعليمية والرضا الوظيفي داخل المؤسسات التعليمية. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، تسعى الدراسة إلى التعرف على أنماط القيادة السائدة التي يتبناها مديرو المدارس الابتدائية. تم إجراء البحث على عينة مكونة من 102 معلماً (ذكور وإناث)، الذين استجابوا لمقياس أنماط القيادة ومقياس الرضا الوظيفي. The present study seeks to examine the relationship between educational leadership styles and job satisfaction among primary school teachers. Its aim is to generate insights that contribute to a deeper understanding of both educational leadership and job satisfaction within educational institutions. Additionally, the study endeavors to identify the dominant leadership styles adopted by primary school principals. The research was conducted on a sample of 102 teachers (male and female), who responded to the Leadership Styles Scale and the Job Satisfaction Scale. The findings revealed several significant results, which are presented and discussed in this study.
