تكنولوجيات الطاقات المتجددة صغيرة السعة: نحو لامركزية استغلال الطاقات البديلة

الملخص
شهدت التقنيات المتعلقة باستغلال وتطوير الطاقات المتجددة حركية متسارعة سعيا إلى الاستفادة من المزايا التي تحققها مثل هذه الطاقات سواء على المستوى البيئي أو التنموي، وبعد أن كانت الجهود الدولية منصبة على إنشاء مراكز كبيرة السعة بقدرة كبيرة، تم التفكير في لامركزية مثل هذه التقنيات من خلال تقريبها للمواطن للتمكن من استغلالها فرديا كل حسب قدراته المتاحة، مع العمل على دعم وتمويل مثل هذه التقنيات سعيا إلى تشجيع استغلالها على نطاق واسع. وقد شهدت الجزائر تطبيقا لهذه التقنيات إلا أنه تطبيق محدود لم يرتق للمستوى الذي شهدته عدد من الدول المتطورة وحتى دول عربية وإفريقية، وستسلط هذه الدراسة الضوء على أهمية استخدام مثل هذه التقنيات والآثار التي يمكن أن تحققها على مستويات عدة لاسيما إن تم التوسع في تطبيقها في الجزائر. Technologies associated with the exploitation and the development of the renewable energy have experienced a rapid progress, seeking to take the advantages achieved by such types of energy, whether on the environmental or developmental level, Once the international efforts had been focused on establishing the large-scale high-capacity centers, the attention turned to the decentralization of such technologies by localizing them for citizens, allowing each person to use it independently according to his own available capabilities, while working support and finance such technologies to encourage its widespread exploitation. These technologies have been implemented in Algeria, but only to a limited extent, and has not reached the level achieved in several developed countries, as well as some Arab and African nations, The present study will focus on the importance of utilizing these technologies and the potential outcomes they could generate on various levels, especially if its application scaled up in Algeria.
