دور الأمن الشامل في دعم التنمية المستدامة ضمن رؤية عمان 2040: دراسة تطبيقية على المنتسبين بالقطاع التربوي

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على دور الأمن الشامل في دعم التنمية المستدامة ضمن رؤية عمان 2040، وبيان التحديات التي تواجهه واستخلاص الفرص المستقبلية لمواجهة تلك التحديات، واستند الباحث في دراسته على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي القائم على تطبيق الاستبانة عشوائيا على (370) تربويا وتربوية بتعليمية جنوب الباطنة. وقد أظهرت النتائج وجود دور كبير للأمن الشامل في دعم التنمية المستدامة ضمن رؤية عمان 2040، ووجود تحديات كبيرة تواجه الأمن الشامل، ووجود فرص مستقبلية كبيرة لمواجهة تلك التحديات. وبناء عليه؛ فقد أوصت الدراسة بـضرورة تخصيص ميزانيات كافية وتوفير التقنيات الحديثة لدعم كفاءة الأداء الأمني الشامل وتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة. Abstract : The study aimed to identify the role of comprehensive security in supporting sustainable development within the framework of Oman Vision 2040, to clarify the challenges it faces, and to derive future opportunities to address these challenges. The researcher adopted a descriptive-analytical approach, utilizing a questionnaire that was randomly administered to a sample of 370 male and female educators in the South Al Batinah Governorate. The results revealed a significant role of comprehensive security in supporting sustainable development within Oman Vision 2040, as well as major challenges facing comprehensive security and substantial future opportunities to address these challenges. Accordingly, the study recommended the necessity of allocating adequate budgets and providing modern technologies to support the efficiency of comprehensive security performance and achieve the objectives of sustainable development.
