Abstract

Quality assurance in higher education is a strategic tool to enhance teaching practices, strengthen institutional governance, and respond to societal and labor market needs. It relies on internal evaluation systems, performance indicators, and dashboards to guide decision-making. Stakeholder engagement, change management, and continuous improvement are essential for the effectiveness of these processes. Alignment with international standards, such as those of the European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education, ensures credibility, comparability, and global recognition of quality practices.
