التجديات القانونية والأخلاقية لمكتبات الجيل الرابع

الملخص
تهدف الدراسىة إلى التعرف على التحديات القانونية والأخلاقية لمكتبات الجيل الرابع التي عرفت تحولات وتغيرات رقمية متسارعة على عكس المكتبات التقليدية، وتكمن أهمية الدراسة في الاطار القانوني والأخلاقي في استخدام مكتبات الجيل الرابع خصوصا من خلال دمج تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي، هذه التقينات التي أصبحت تتعرض لإختراقات وانتهاكات قانونية وأخلاقية تهدد حقوق النشر والملكية الفكرية. تعد مكتبات الجيل الرابع فضاء رقمي إفتراضي قائم على تحليل البيانات الضخمة، إنترنت الأشياء، شبكات تفاعلية، كل هذا يهدف إلى خلق مكتبات ذكية في ظل بيئات تفاعلية وتشاركية تمكن من الوصول إلى المعلومات في الاطار القانوني والأخلاقي المسموح به. This study aims to identify the legal and ethical challenges facing fourth-generation libraries, which have experienced rapid digital shifts and transformations, unlike traditional libraries. The significance of this study lies in the legal and ethical framework surrounding the use of fourth-generation libraries, particularly through the integration of artificial intelligence technologies—technologies that are increasingly subject to breaches and legal and ethical violations that threaten copyright and intellectual property rights. Fourth-generation libraries are considered virtual digital spaces based on big data analysis, the Internet of Things, and interactive networks. All of these aim to create smart libraries within interactive and participatory environments that enable access to information within the permissible legal and ethical framework.
