Abstract
The aim of this article is to examine the digital management mechanisms. Depending on our study on the analytical and descriptive approach to describing and analyzing the phenomenon, especially those related to electronic management, digitization, as we relied on the quantitative approach that includes accurate water statistics, and we relied on the legal approach by addressing the most important laws related to the digitization of the water resources sector in Algeria. In this study, we reached results, the most important of which is the need to pay attention to electronic management and digitization of the water resources sector, the need to support electronic management of the water resources sector.
