أثر استخدام الرقمنة في المدارس العليا للاساتذة على جودة التكوين للاستاذ الطالب

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل أثر استخدام الرقمنة في المدارس العليا للأساتذة على جودة التكوين للأستاذ الطالب. وقد ركزت الدراسة على تحديد العلاقة بين مستوى استخدام المنصات الرقمية، الأدوات الإلكترونية، والتكوين البيداغوجي والمهني، ومدى تأثيرها على تطوير مهارات الأستاذ الطالب وتحسين أدائه التعليمي. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في الجانب النظري، واستخدمت الاستبيانات الموجهة إلى عينة من الأساتذة الطلبة في الجانب التطبيقي، مع تحليل النتائج باستخدام برنامج SPSS. وأظهرت النتائج أن الرقمنة تساهم بشكل إيجابي في تعزيز مهارات البحث، التخطيط الديداكتيكي، الأداء المهني، والتقييم التعليمي، كما بينت وجود علاقة إحصائية قوية بين استخدام الرقمنة والتكوين البيداغوجي والمهني وجودة التكوين، مما يؤكد أهمية دمج التقنيات الرقمية في العملية التعليمية لضمان تكوين فعّال للأستاذ الطالب. This study aims to analyze the impact of using digitalization in higher schools of teachers on the quality of teacher-student training. The study focused on identifying the relationship between the level of use of digital platforms, electronic tools, and pedagogical and professional training, and their effect on developing the teacher-student’s skills and improving their educational performance. The study relied on a descriptive-analytical approach in the theoretical part and used questionnaires directed to a sample of teacher-students in the practical part, with data analysis conducted using SPSS software. The results showed that digitalization positively contributes to enhancing research skills, didactic planning, professional performance, and educational assessment. Additionally, there was a strong statistical relationship between the use of digital tools, pedagogical and professional training, and the quality of training, confirming the importance of integrating digital technologies into the educational process to ensure effective teacher-student training.
