المصطلح اللساني العربي الحديث: إشكالات المفهوم والاستعمال

الملخص
المصطلحات ( Terms (هي مفاتيح العلوم وأدواتها الرئيسة، وأبجدية المعارف وعماد قوامها، بها يتميّز علمٌ من آخر فلكلِّ علمٍ من العلوم جهازُه المصطلحي الخاص به، ولا يُتصوّر قيام علم من غير مصطلحات تخصّه، ويتميّز بها متعاطوه. وقد أدرك المهتمون بالمصطلح أهمية المصطلحات وقيمتها لكلِّ علمٍ من العلوم، فقد عدّ المسدي "الوزن المعرفي لكلّ علم رهين مصطلحاته؛ لذلك نسميها أدواته الفعّالة؛ لأنها تولّده عضوياً، وتنشئ صرحه، ثم تصبح خلاياه الجنينية التي تكفل التكاثر والنماء". ونظرًا لما للمصطلح من أهمية بالغة؛ اهتم به العلماء قديما وحديثاً، فتناولوه بالتعريف والدارسة، وبلغ الاهتمام بالمصطلح العلمي درجة نشوء علم حديث يُعنى به، هو علم المصطلح (Terminology). erms are the keys to sciences and their primary tools, the alphabet of knowledge, and the mainstay of its structure. Through them, one science is distinguished from another, as every field of knowledge possesses its own specific terminological apparatus. Indeed, it is inconceivable for a science to be established without its own specialized terminology that distinguishes its practitioners. Scholars of terminology have long recognized its significance and value across all disciplines. As Al-Masdi noted: 'The cognitive weight of any science is contingent upon its terminology; thus, we call them its effective tools, for they generate it organically, construct its edifice, and eventually become the embryonic cells that ensure its reproduction and growth.' Given this profound importance, scholars—both ancient and modern—have dedicated themselves to the definition and study of terms. This academic interest has culminated in the emergence of a modern discipline dedicated to this field: Terminology."
