وفي ظل الذكاء الاصطناعي.‏ is study, entitled ‎‏"‏Language and Law: The Boundaries of Specialization ‎and Practice‏"‏‎ addresses the dialectic question between the stable and the variable ‎in the relationship of language with law, in light of applied linguistics in general ‎and forensic/legal linguistics in particular. Basing on the fact that the essence of ‎legal linguistics is the analysis of linguistic material, whether spoken or written, ‎within a set of constraints that determine linguistic procedures. The main question ‎posed here is: What are the principal mechanisms and tools provided by applied ‎linguistics that enable legal linguistics to fulfill its role effectively? Furthermore, ‎how effective are these tools and mechanisms given the increasing diversification ‎of legal linguistics into other subfields—such as forensic phonetics, forensic ‎stylistics, and forensic discourse analysis… especially in the context of artificial ‎intelligence? ‎
