The study aims to examine the impact of active video games on physical activity and motivation among adolescents. A descriptive-analytical approach with pre-test and post-test was applied to 60 adolescents, divided into an experimental group and a control group. physical activity and motivation were measured using questionnaires, daily steps, and energy expenditure. The results showed a significant increase in physical activity (+47%) and motivation/enjoyment (+62%) in the experimental group. The study indicates that active video games are an effective tool to enhance daily movement, encourage adherence to physical activity, and can be integrated with traditional exercises.
