الملخص
الملخص: تُعد كتب التراث اللغوي التي اضطلع المحقق العلامة محمد بن أبي شنب بنشرها فتحا في تحقيق المخطوطات العربية ونقلها إلى عالم المطبوعات وفق القواعد الحديثة لتحقيق المخطوطات كما شاع عند الغرب بعد اكتشاف آلة الطباعة ، فما الذي سبق إليه هذا المحقق وجعل الكثير من المستشرقين يتبعونه فيه ؟ وما الذي أخذه من مناهج علماء الحديث المسلمين؟ هذا ما تحاول هذه الورقة البحثية الإجابة عنه من خلال الوقوف على محطات حياته والروافد التي أسهمت في تكوين شخصيته العلمية ، مع تتبع منهجه في تحقيق كتاب "الجمل في النحو" كأنموذج يحتذى به . ABSTRACT The linguistic heritage works published by the distinguished scholar and editor Muḥammad ibn Abī Shanab represent a landmark in the critical editing of Arabic manuscripts and their transition into the world of print in accordance with the modern principles of textual editing that became widespread in the West following the invention of the printing press. This study seeks to examine the innovations introduced by this editor that led many Orientalists to follow his approach. It also investigates the extent to which he drew upon the methodologies of Muslim ḥadīth scholars in developing his editorial practice. The paper addresses these questions by examining the key stages of his life and the intellectual influences that shaped his scholarly formation, while analysing his method in editing al-Jumal fī al-Naḥw as a model worthy of emulation.
