Abstract
The issue of the international protection of religious minorities has acquired an international scope and increasing attention within both national and international legal frameworks, in light of documented violations affecting the rights of religious minorities in various regions. Consequently, the international community has addressed this issue through the development of international legal instruments, including human rights treaties, specialized international conventions, and regional legal frameworks aimed at regulating and protecting the rights of religious minorities..
