الملخص
ملخص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة أحد أبرز أعلام الإصلاح في منطقة وادي سوف ، الذي جمع بين النشاط الإصلاحي والثقافي والدعوي وأسهم في ترسيخ الهوية العربية الإسلامية ، متبعا في ذلك المنهج الوصفي والتاريخي لرصد المسار الإصلاحي والثقافي للشيخ من خلال تتبع إسهاماته ومبادراته في مجالات الإصلاح والتعليم والتوجيه المجتمعي ،وخلصت النتائج إلى أن الشيخ لم يكن خطيبا أو فقيها فحسب بل كان رائدا من رواد الإصلاح الثقافي والديني في الجزائر عموما ومدينة وادي سوف على وجه الخصوص، إذ جمع بين الدفاع عن العقيدة واللغة و مواجهة الاستعمار فكريا وثقافيا و بين التمسك بالثوابت والانفتاح على مستجدات العصر. الكلمات المفتاحية:النشاط الإصلاحي ، النشاط الثقافي ، محمد الطاهر التليلي ،. Abstract: This research aims to study one of the most prominent figures of reform in the Wadi Souf region, who combined reformist, cultural and advocacy activity and contributed to consolidating the Arab Islamic identity, following the descriptive and historical method to monitor the reformist and cultural path of the Sheikh by tracking his contributions and initiatives in the fields of reform, education and community guidance. The results concluded that the Sheikh was not only a preacher or a jurist, but he was a pioneer of cultural and religious reform in Algeria in general and the city of Wadi Souf in particular, as he combined defending the faith and language and confronting colonialism intellectually and culturally with adhering to the constants and being open to the developments of the age. key words: Reformist activity.
