الإعلام وآليات تأثيرته في بناء هيمنة داخل الفضاء العمومي

الملخص
تستقصي هذه الدراسة واهنية الإعلام ودوره الفاعل وأهم الادوات التي يرتكز عليها، والهدف هو معرفة أهم القضايا التي تشغل الإعلام والرأي العام والفضاء العمومي وتحصيل رؤى ووجهات نظر عقلية ومنطقية تساهم في إرساء إعلام نزيه وشفاف به نتجنب الكثير من التجاوزات اللأخلاقية خصوصا مع انفتاح المؤوسسات والعلم على إعلام رقمي يتوافع وتطور مقتضيات عصرنا الحالي. تكشف النتائج التوخاه كيف يمكنناجعل الإعلام نزيه استنادا الى بناء لبنات قانونية تحفظ الرأي والرأي الآخر وحرية التعبير للأفراد، وبناء وفك ارتباطاته من الوصايا والدعاية الموجهة، ثم دور الإعلام في مواجهات الأزمات ومعالجتها والمنطق الذي يلجأ له لمعالجة القضايا الانسانية، كما إن راهنية الإعلام وسلطته في الفضاء العمومي اكتسحت كل مجالات الحياة خصوصا مع تعدد المنصات الالكترونية وظهور ما يعرف بالإعلام المرن. اللغة الأجنبية: This study investigates the relevance of the media, its active role, and the most important tools it relies on. The goal is to identify the main issues occupying the media, public opinion, and the public sphere, and to gather intellectual and logical perspectives that contribute to establishing honest and transparent media through which we can avoid many unethical violations, especially with the openness of institutions and science to digital media that keeps pace with and develops according to the requirements of our current era. The intended results reveal how we can make the media honest based on building legal foundations that protect opinions and opposing views and the freedom of expression for individuals, and on constructing and disentangling its connections from directives and targeted propaganda. It also addresses the role of the media in confronting and managing crises and the logic it employs to handle humanitarian issues. Moreover, the relevance and authority of the media in the public sphere have permeated all areas of life, especially with the proliferation of electronic platforms and the emergence of what is known as flexible media.
