This study examines the impact of the digital world and modern technological media on individuals and society. It analyses the emergence of a parallel digital society characterized by its own language, norms, authority, and modes of interaction, which increasingly shape social behavior. The study argues that such integration occurs through the adoption of new cultural patterns and alternative values that may challenge or displace traditional ones, contributing to their gradual social normalization. Furthermore, it highlights the role of digital practices in transforming social and family relationships through the expansion of virtual interactions. The research also underscores the growing investment by governments in digital institutions, platforms, and cloud infrastructures across vital sectors, including services, education, healthcare, and agriculture, with the aim of enhancing productivity and overcoming structural and developmental challenges.
