تطوير استراتيجيات التعلق النفسي في تدريس الترجمة عربية/ فرنسية دراسة تجريبية في السياق الجامعي

الملخص
نهدف من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية إلى دراسة الضغوط المعرفية و النفسية المرتبطة بعملتي الترجمة و التدريس الجامعي، مع التركيز على تأثير هذه الضغوط على جودة الأداء الأكاديمي و المهني، كما نسعى عبر هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور المتغيرات النفسية الإيجابية، مثل الدافعية الأكاديمية ، و الصلابة النفسية، و التدفق النفسي في تعزيز قدرة الفاعلين الجامعيين على التكيّف و تحقيق الأداء الأمثل في بيئة تعليمية متغيرة و متطلبة. اعتمدنا في هذا البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. و أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية قوية بين مستويات الضغوط المعرفية و النفسية، و تراجع جودة الأداء في الترجمة و التدريس، في حين أن الموارد النفسية الإيجابية و الاستراتيجيات التنظيمية و المعرفية تسهم بشكل كبير في التخفيف من آثار هذه الضغوط، و تطور التوازن بين الأداء الأكاديمي و الحفاظ على الصحة النفسية، مما يدعم استدامة الكفاءة المهنية و تحسين تجربة التعلم الجامعي. Abstract: This research paper aims to examine the cognitive and psychological pressures associated with translation and university teaching, focusing on their impact on academic and professional performance. This study seeks also to highlight the role of positive psychological variables such as academic motivation, psychological resilience and flow, in enhancing the ability of university actors to adapt and achieve optimal performance in a dynamic and demanding educational environment. The research adopts a descriptive-analytical approach through a review of relevant literature and previous studies. The results revealed a strong correlation between high levels of cognitive and strong correlation between high levels of performance quality in translation and teaching in contrast, positive psychological resources and organizational and cognitive strategies significantly help mitigate the effects of these pressures, promote a balance between academic performance and mental health, and support the sustainability of professional competence while improving the overall university leaning experience.
