نظرية الحتمية التأويلية في علوم الإعلام والاتصال قراءة نقدية في ضوء النظريات المعاصرة Interpretive Determinism Theory In Media And Communication Sciences A Critical Examination In Light Of Contemporary Theories

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقديم قراءة نقدية شاملة لنظرية الحتمية التأويلية (Hermeneutical Determinism Theory) في مجال علوم الإعلام والاتصال كإطار نظري معاصر يحاول فهم آليات التفسير وبناء المعنى في العملية الاتصالية. تستند الدراسة إلى المنهج الوصفي التحليلي النقدي لاستقراء الأدبيات العلمية المعاصرة وتحليل المفاهيم الأساسية للنظرية ومدى قابليتها للتطبيق في البحوث الإعلامية العربية. تعتمد نظرية الحتمية التأويلية على فرضية أن عملية التفسير الإعلامي ليست محايدة، بل محكومة بـبُنى تفسيرية مُسبقة (Pre-interpretive Structures) تشمل الخلفية الثقافية والاجتماعية والأيديولوجية للمتلقي (Austin et al., 2024, p. 167). تكشف الدراسة أن النظرية تمثل تطوراً في نظريات التلقي الإعلامي (Media Reception Theory) من خلال تأكيدها على الطابع الحتمي لتأثير السياق التاريخي على عملية فهم الرسائل الإعلامية (Kalema, 2019, p. 1). توصلت الدراسة إلى أن نظرية الحتمية التأويلية تقدم إطاراً تحليلياً مهماً لفهم تنوع التفسيرات للمحتوى الإعلامي بين الجماهير المختلفة، لكنها تواجه تحديات منهجية في القياس التجريبي والتطبيق العملي. كما كشفت الدراسة عن إمكانيات تطوير النظرية في السياق العربي من خلال دمجها مع نظرية الحتمية القيمية (Azzi, 2015, p. 52) لفهم خصوصيات التلقي الإعلامي العربي. This study aims to provide a comprehensive critical reading of the Hermeneutical Determinism Theory in the field of Media and Communication Sciences as a contemporary theoretical framework that attempts to understand interpretation mechanisms and meaning construction in the communication process. The study employs a critical descriptive-analytical methodology to survey contemporary scientific literature and analyze the fundamental concepts of the theory and its applicability in Arab media research. The Hermeneutical Determinism Theory is based on the premise that the media interpretation process is not neutral but governed by pre-interpretive structures including the cultural, social, and ideological background of the recipient (Reception Theory Journalism, 2025, p. 293). The study reveals that the theory represents a development in Media Reception Theory by emphasizing the deterministic nature of historical context influence on the process of understanding media messages (Communication Theory, 2014, p. 1). The study concludes that the Hermeneutical Determinism Theory provides an important analytical framework for understanding diversity of interpretations of media content among different audiences, but faces methodological challenges in empirical measurement and practical application. The study also revealed possibilities for developing the theory in the Arab context by integrating it with Value Determinism Theory to Hermeneutical Circle
