الهندسة المالية في عصر الابتكار المفتوح: نحو نماذج تمويلية أكثر مرونة وكفاءة –سنغافورة أنموذجا

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور الهندسة المالية في عصر الابتكار المفتوح في تطوير نماذج تمويلية أكثر مرونة وكفاءة، من خلال تحليل الإطار النظري لمفاهيم الهندسة المالية والابتكار المفتوح، ودراسة تجربة سنغافورة كنموذج رائد في هذا المجال. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بالاستناد إلى الأدبيات الاقتصادية والتقارير الدولية الصادرة عن الهيئات المالية العالمية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن تبني نموذج الابتكار المفتوح مكن المؤسسات المالية من تسريع تصميم المنتجات المالية المبتكرة وتحسين كفاءة تخصيص الموارد. كما أسهم في تطوير نماذج تمويل هجينة قائمة على المنصات الرقمية والتكنولوجيا المالية. وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة تعزيز الشراكات بين البنوك وشركات التكنولوجيا المالية وتبني سياسات تنظيمية مرنة لدعم الابتكار المالي. Abstract : This study aims to highlight the role of financial engineering in the era of open innovation in developing more flexible and efficient financing models, through analyzing the theoretical framework of financial engineering and open innovation, and examining Singapore’s experience as a leading case. The study adopts a descriptive-analytical approach based on international literature and reports issued by global financial institutions. The findings show that adopting open innovation has enabled financial institutions to accelerate the design of innovative financial products, improve resource allocation efficiency, and enhance risk management. It has also contributed to the development of hybrid financing models based on digital platforms and financial technology. The study recommends strengthening partnerships between banks and FinTech firms and adopting flexible regulatory policies to support financial innovation.
