الخطاب السّياسي كحكاية وطنيّة: دراسة سيميائيّة للأبعاد السّرديّة في خطاب تنصيب الرّئيس عبد المجيد تبّون (19 ديسمبر 2019)

الملخص
ملخّص: تتناول هذه الورقة البحثيّة الأبعاد السّرديّة في الخطاب السّياسي الجزائري المعاصر، من خلال مقاربة خطاب تنصيب الرّئيس عبد المجيد تبّون (19 ديسمبر 2019) سيميائيّا، وذلك بهدف الكشف عن إمكانيّة توظيف آليّات سرديّة في الخطاب السّياسي لبناء حكاية وطنيّة متماسكة، تستحضر مأساة الماضي، وترسم أزمة الحاضر، وتستشرف بمستقبل واعد يعالج الجراح المتراكمة. وقد اِعتمدنا في هذا البحث على المنهج السّيميائيّ السّردي، مستندين على نموذج غريماس للأدوار السّرديّة، والتّحليل الدّلالي للرّموز والبلاغة السّياسيّة، لتحديد الأفعال والفاعلين والسّياقات الزّمنيّة والرّمزيّة في الخطاب، لنكتشف أنّ الخطاب السّياسيّ ورغم اِختلاف طبيعته ولغته عن الخطابات الأخرى، إلّا أنّه يوظّف تقنيّات سرديّة لنقلِ المعلومات ولإنتاج الشّرعيّة السّياسيّة والإيديولوجيّة، وتعزيز الوحدة الوطنيّة مع إعادة بناء الهويّة الوطنيّة في إطار سرديّ رمزيّ. وفي الختام نَخْلُصُ في هذه الدّراسة إلى أنّ السّرد السّياسيّ في الجزائر يتجاوز كونه مجرّد نقل للأحداث بين طبقتين (السّلطة والعامّة) بل هو آليّة إقناعيّة معتمدة في تشكيل الرّؤية الوطنيّة. الكلمات المفتاحيّة: الأبعاد السّرديّة، الخطاب السّياسي، المنهج السّيميائي، الأدوار السّرديّة، التّحليل الدّلالي، عبد المجيد تبّون. Abstract: This paper examines the narrative dimensions in contemporary Algerian political discourse through a semiotic approach applied to the inauguration speech of President Abdelmadjid Tebboune (19 December 2019). The study aims to reveal the potential of employing narrative mechanisms in political discourse to construct a coherent national story that evokes the tragedies of the past, portrays the crises of the present, and anticipates a promising future addressing accumulated wounds. The research relies on the semiotic narrative methodology, drawing on Greimas’ actantial model, semantic analysis of symbols, and political rhetoric, in order to identify actions, actors, and the temporal and symbolic contexts within the speech. The findings demonstrate that, despite its distinct nature and language compared to other discourses, political discourse employs narrative techniques not only to convey information but also to produce political and ideological legitimacy, reinforce national unity, and reconstruct national identity within a symbolic narrative framework. In conclusion, this study argues that political narrative in Algeria transcends mere transmission of events between authority and the public ; it constitutes a persuasive mechanism employed to shape the national vision.
