The Peaceful Settlement Of International Disputes Through The Charters Of Regional Organizations

Abstract
Regional organizations spread across the world’s continents play a leading role in contributing to the settlement of various international disputes, especially those related to regional sovereignty or border demarcation. This is done in pursuit of establishing peace, security, and stability, in line with the noble objectives adopted by the Charter of the United Nations in 1945. The charters of regional organizations were inspired by this Charter through their founding texts, which aim to prevent the use of force in international relations and to work toward achieving and maintaining peace within their geographical areas تضطلع المنظمات الإقليمية المتوزعة عبر قارات العالم بدور ريادي من اجل المساهمة في تسوية مختلف النزاعات الدولية ولاسيما تلك المرتبطة بعائديه الإقليم أو ترسيم الحدود ، ذلك سعيا لإرساء السلم و الأمن و الاستقرار تماشيا و الأهداف السامية التي تبناها ميثاق الأمم المتحدة عام 1945 ، و الذي استلهمت منه مواثيق المنظمات الإقليمية من خلال نصوصها المنشئة الهادفة لمنع استخدام القوة في العلاقات الدولية و الحرص لأجل العمل على تحقيق و استتباب السلام في محيطها الجغرافي.
