Abstract

This research study presents a theoretical sociological analysis that aims toexamine the concept of gender identity disorders in relation to the structure ofupbringing systems within the Socio-Religious process. The overall socialstructure is based on the virtuous individual who gain their roles and status (maleor female) via striving to conform to the values of their society and the standards ofits cultural, social, religious, and upbringing systems. The failure of either genderto accept their human nature and original social role reflects a gender identity thatexposes them to societal rejection.
