The Impact Of Artificial Intelligence On The International Logistics Services Sector: A Case Study Of Some Global Companies

Abstract
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is considered one of the most important modern technologies, contributing significantly to rapid technological advancement and enhancing opportunities for innovation and growth across various fields and sectors. One such sector is logistics services. This article aims to examine the impact of artificial intelligence on the logistics services sector, whether that impact is positive or negative, , while presenting some successful experiences of global companies that have benefited from artificial intelligence. Several results were reached, most notably that artificial intelligence has several positive and negative effects in general, and on the logistics services sector in particular. The positive effects include enhanced demand forecasting, better inventory management, improved decision-making support, and efforts to foster environmental sustainability. The main negative effects involve high implementation costs and difficulties in ensuring data quality, among others
