واقع المسؤولية الاجتماعية في المؤسسة الصناعية وعلاقته ببعض المتغيرات الشخصية

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة الى تحديد مستوى المسؤولية الاجتماعية لدى العمال بالمؤسسة الصناعية "ديفل" لصناعة الجبس بولاية أولاد جلال ، تبعا للخصائص الديمغرافية (الجنس ،السن ، المستوى التعليمي ، الاقدمية في المهنة ) ، حيث قام الباحث باستخدام أداة الاستبيان ، اين تم تطبيقه على عينة من العمال والتي تمثلت في (40) عاملا بمؤسسة صناعة الجبس "ديفل" أولاد جلال ، و قد اعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي كمنهج للدراسة ، حيث توصلت الدراسة لعدة نتائج اهمها : أن مستوى المسؤولية الاجتماعية بمختلف أبعادها (المسؤولية القانونية ، المسؤولية الاقتصادية ، المسؤولية الأخلاقية،المسؤولية الانسانية) لدى العمال بالمؤسسة الصناعية كان متوسطا ودالا احصائيا عند مستوى الدلالة 0.01 ،ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى الدلالة 0.05 في المسؤولية الاجتماعية لدى العمال في المؤسسة الصناعية بأبعاده الأربع (المسؤولية القانونية ، المسؤولية الاقتصادية المسؤولية الأخلاقية ،المسؤولية الانسانية) تبعا للخصائص الديمغرافية (الجنس ،السن ، المستوى التعليمي الاقدمية في المهنة ). This study aimed to determine the level of social responsibility among workers in the industrial enterprise "Devil" for the gypsum industry in Oulad Jalal, according to the demographic characteristics (gender, age, educational level, seniority in the profession), where the researcher used the questionnaire, where it was applied to a sample of workers, which consisted of (40) workers in the gypsum industry enterprise "Defil" Oulad Jalal, and relied on the descriptive method as a method for the study, where the study reached several results, the most important of which are: That the level of social responsibility in its various dimensions (legal responsibility, economic responsibility, moral responsibility, and humanitarian responsibility) among workers in the industrial organization was average and statistically significant at the 0.01 significance level, and there are no statistically significant differences at the 0.05 significance level in the social responsibility of workers in the industrial organization in its four dimensions (legal responsibility, economic responsibility, moral responsibility, and human responsibility).
