التنبؤ بمستوى التوافق الزواجي للزوجات من خلال مستواهن في السلوك التوكيدي - دراسة ميدانية بمدينة وهران-

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن العلاقة التنبؤية بين السلوك التوكيدي والتوافق الزواجي لدى عينة من الزوجات، مع استقصاء تأثير متغيرات العمر، المستوى التعليمي، وعدد سنوات الزواج على درجة التوافق. تم استخدام مقياس السلوك التوكيدي ومقياس التوافق الزواجي بعد التحقق من خصائصهما السيكومترية على عينة من الزوجات حجمها(150) زوجة، حيث أظهرت النتائج أنه يمكن التنبؤ بالتوافق بناءً على مستوى السلوك التوكيدي بحوالي 35% مع تأثير سلبي في خفض التوافق بنسبة 59%. كما كشفت الدراسة عن وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في مستوى التوافق الزواجي تبعًا لاختلاف العمر والمستوى التعليمي للزوجات، في المقابل لم تثبت الدراسة وجود تأثير دال لعدد سنوات الزواج. أوصت الدراسة بأهمية إدارة السلوك التوكيدي وتعزيز التكافؤ التعليمي للزوجين كوسيلتين للتحسين من جودة العلاقات الزوجية، وضرورة الاهتمام بالعوامل البيئية والنفسية في دعم الاستقرار الأسري. This study aims to examine the relationship between assertive behavior and marital compatibility among a sample of wives, while investigating the influence of age, educational level, and duration of marriage on the degree of compatibility. The Assertive Behavior Scale and the Marital Compatibility Scale, both psychometrically validated, were administered to a sample of 150 wives. Results indicated that approximately 35% of the variance in marital compatibility could be predicted by the level of assertive behavior, which exhibited a significant negative effect by reducing compatibility by 59%. The study also found statistically significant differences in marital compatibility based on the wives’ age and educational level, whereas the duration of marriage showed no significant impact. The findings underscore the importance of managing assertive behavior and fostering educational compatibility between spouses as effective strategies for enhancing marital quality. Additionally, the study highlights the need to address environmental and psychological factors to promote family stability.
