Abstract : Sudan has witnessed a fierce war between the Sudanese Army and the Rapid Support Forces (RSF), which erupted in April 2023. This conflict has been accompanied by a sharp escalation in systematic sexual violence, utilized as a tool of oppression and terror. Rape has been employed as a weapon of war to intimidate civilians of all genders without exception, particularly women and girls. This has led to profound impacts on various patterns of migration, including displacement and refuge, in addition to other economic and social repercussions. This study used a descriptive analytical approach and a case study methodology. The study reached several key findings, most notably the occurrence of significant excesses and violations during the war, including cases of rape, killing, and abuse across all war-affected states in general, and specifically in Khartoum, Al Jazirah, and Darfur states. Based on these findings, the study presented recommendations, the most important of which is the necessity of bringing those responsible for these violations to international justice, since these offenses are imprescriptible.
