الملخص
يعد إنتاج الفحم المضغوط المعاد تدويره من بدرة فحم الطلح والسنط عملية إقتصادية وبيئية تعتمد على إعادة إستخدام مخلفات بدرة الفحم الطبيعي لتحويلها إلى فحم مضغوط ذي جودة وكفاءة عالية. هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على مستوى كفاءة وجودة الفحم المضغوط المعاد تدويره من بدرة فحم الطلح والسنط في السودان ومدى جدواه البيئية والإقتصادية والإجتماعية، استخدمت الدراسة المنهج التجريبي (التجربة العملية) ومنهج دراسة الحالة ، توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد كبير من النتائج أهمها أن صناعة الفحم المضغوط المعاد تدويره من بدرة فحم الطلح والسنط ذات جدوى إقتصادية وإجتماعية وبيئية كبيرة، بناءً على نتائج الدراسة جاءت توصياتها والتي أهمها، للحصول على منتج من الفحم المضغوط المعاد تدويره من بدرة فحم الطلح والسنط ذات جودة وتنافسية في السوق لا بد من التأكد من إستخدام مواد خام أولية (بدرة فحم) عالية الجودة ونقية من الشوائب مع ضرورة إستخدام مواد ربط طبيعية كالنشا والصمغ. كلمات مفتاحية: كفاءة، فحم، مضغوط ، الطلح، السنط Abstract The production of recycled compressed charcoal from El-Talh and Acacia charcoal powder is an economic and environmental process that relies on reusing natural charcoal powder waste and converting it into high-quality and efficient compressed charcoal. This study aimed to identify the efficiency and quality of recycled compressed charcoal produced from El-Talh and Acacia charcoal powder in Sudan, as well as its environmental, economic, and social feasibility. The study adopted an experimental methodology (practical experiments) and a case study approach. The study concludes with several key findings, the most important of which is that the production of recycled compressed charcoal from El-Talh and Acacia charcoal powder has substantial economic, social, and environmental feasibility. Based on the study's results, several recommendations were made, the most important of which is, to obtain a competitive and high-quality recycled compressed charcoal product from El-Talh and Acacia charcoal powder in the market, it is essential to ensure the use of high-quality raw materials (charcoal powder) that are free from impurities, along with the use of natural binding materials such as starch and gum.
