Abstract
Abstract : This study aims to examine professional responsibility within the workplace and its impact on the management process in Algerian institutions. Responsibility at work is closely linked to management, as both constitute two sides of the same coin, jointly oriented toward achieving effectiveness and efficiency in organizational performance. The relationship between responsibility and effectiveness is clearly reflected in the overall performance of the organization: when employees are committed to their responsibilities, this directly influences the level of management, performance, and productivity. The study relied on the descriptive-analytical approach, drawing on data collected from employees and workers at Sonelgaz, Djelfa Agency, through observation and interview techniques. The study concluded that a strong link exists between professional responsibility and the management process within the work environment, and that responsibility is not only a guarantee for achieving good performance, but also a fundamental tool for maintaining trust and respect between employees and management.
