Abstract

This article aims to study the reality of strategic management of active and efficient energy, which is human resources, in Algerian institutions - Sonelgaz Foundation in Djelfa, as a main tool for activating organizational performance and achieving well-being. The article also discusses a study in Sonelgaz Foundation to highlight the reality of strategic management and future challenges and opportunities.
