Determinants Of Green Finance And Their Influence On Eco-innovation And Entrepreneurial Performance: An Empirical Study Of Lafarge Algeria Using Structural Equation Modeling (sem)

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of green finance on entrepreneurial performance through environmental innovation at Lafarge Algeria. Using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM), the results revealed a strong explanatory power of the model, with an explanation rate of 48.6% for entrepreneurial performance. The study showed that green finance has a significant direct impact of 0.677 on performance and 0.526 on environmental innovation. The digital variable also had a significant impact of 0.244, while external and environmental determinants recorded lower impacts of 0.119 and 0.106.The results confirmed the mediating role of environmental innovation with a significant indirect impact of 0.103. The study concludes that sustainable transformation depends primarily on financing supported by digitalization and external regulations. تبحث هذه الدراسة في أثر التمويل الأخضر على الأداء الريادي عبر الابتكار البيئي في شركة "لافارج الجزائر"، وباستخدام أسلوب نمذجة المعادلات الهيكلية بالمربعات الصغرى الجزئية (PLS-SEM)حيث كشفت النتائج عن قدرة تفسيرية قوية للنموذج؛ حيث بلغت نسبة تفسير الأداء الريادي 48.6\% . وأظهرت الدراسة أن للتمويل الأخضر تأثيراً جوهرياً مباشراً بنسبة 0.677 على الأداء وبنسبة 0.526 على الابتكار البيئي. كما حقق المتغير الرقمي تأثيراً معنوياً بلغ 0.244 ، بينما سجلت المحددات الخارجية والبيئية نسباً أقل بلغت 0.119 و 0.106 على التوالي.357 . وأكدت النتائج الدور الوسيط للابتكار البيئي بأثر غير مباشر معنوي قدره 0.103 وتخلص الدراسة إلى أن التحول المستدام يعتمد بشكل رئيسي على التمويل المدعوم بالرقمنة والتشريعات الخارجية.
