this study investigates the semiological analysis of Algerian political memes in the light of new media, addressing the question: How do political memes serve as tools of expression and engagement for Algerian youth? and to explore the symbolic meanings embedded in these memes and their implications for political discourse and youth mobilization. The results reveal that political memes encapsulate the frustrations and identities of Algerian youth, facilitating a space for collective expression. Additionally, this research highlights the significance of political memes as a cultural artifact and a mechanism for political participation among Algerian youth , suggesting that they play a key role in shaping future political participation in the country.
