Abstract

This study aims to explore the various uses of artificial intelligence technologies in the fields of humanities and social sciences, as well as their contribution to improving the quality of higher education. The digital revolution and the rapid development of information technologies have led to the emergence of innovative tools, with artificial intelligence standing at the forefront. AI has become an integral part of several sectors such as education, media, and knowledge management. Within this transformation, higher education—particularly in the humanities and social sciences—has not remained isolated, as intelligent tools have imposed themselves as a key factor in enhancing the quality of university training, improving teaching methods, and developing scientific research. Given the importance of these changes, the study adopts the descriptive-analytical method to examine the impact of artificial intelligence on strengthening the quality of higher education in the humanities and social sciences, and to clarify its role in fostering innovation and improving learning outcomes. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مختلف استخدامات تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في مجالات العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية، ومدى إسهامها في تحسين جودة التعليم العالي، فقد أدت الثورة الرقمية والتطور المتسارع لتكنولوجيا المعلومات إلى بروز تقنيات حديثة، يأتي الذكاء الاصطناعي في مقدمتها، حيث أصبح جزءًا لا يتجزأ من العديد من القطاعات كالتعليم، والإعلام، وإدارة المعرفة. وفي ظل هذا التحول، لم يعد قطاع التعليم العالي، ولا سيما تخصصات العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية، بمعزل عن هذه التغيرات، إذ فرضت الأدوات الذكية نفسها كعنصر أساسي في الرفع من جودة التكوين الجامعي، وتحسين أساليب التدريس، وتطوير البحث العلمي، وانطلاقًا من أهمية هذه التحولات، اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للكشف عن أثر الذكاء الاصطناعي في تعزيز جودة التعليم العالي داخل الحقول الإنسانية والاجتماعية، وبيان دوره في دعم الابتكار وتحسين مخرجات التعلم.
