Applications Of Artificial Intelligence In Legal Sciences

Abstract

This research aims to explore the uses of artificial intelligence in the field of legal sciences in terms of evaluating the impact of artificial intelligence on justice and identifying the legal and ethical challenges that arise as a result of its use, as it affects the most important principles on which criminal justice is based, The analytical and descriptive approach was used in this study. The analytical approach is to examine and study the implications of the use of artificial intelligence in the legal fields to assess the benefits and challenges associated with artificial intelligence applications ,The results are: Artificial intelligence has many capabilities that can be used in the legal field, however, the legal sector faces challenges related to privacy, cybersecurity The proposed, recommendations are: Emphasizing the importance of preserving legal values in light of the use of artificial intelligence, and that it does not undermine the right to a fair trial. يهدف هذا البحث إلى استكشاف استخدامات الذكاء الاصطناعي في مجال العلوم القانونية من ناحية تقييم أثر الذكاء الاصطناعي على العدالة إلى تحديد التحديات القانونية، والأخلاقية التي تطرأ نتيجة لاستخدامه كونه يمس أهم مبادئ التي تقوم عليها العدالة الجنائية.، تم استخدام المنهج التحليلي والوصفي في هذه الدراسة لفحص ودراسة الآثار المترتبة على استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي في المجالات القانونية لتقييم الفوائد، والتحديات المرتبطة بتطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي.، وتتمثل أهم النتائج في: أن الذكاء الاصطناعي يمتلك العديد من القدرات، والتي يمكن الاستعانة بها في المجال القانوني، بالرغم من فوائده الا ان القطاع القانوني يواجه تحديات تتعلق بالخصوصية، والأمن السيبراني، أما التوصيات فتتمثل في: التأكيد على أهمية الحفاظ على القيم القانونية في ظل استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي، وألا ينعكس على تقويض الحق في محاكمة عادلة.
