Artificial Intelligence Between Education, Law, And Ethics: A Foresight Study In Emerging Societies

Abstract
Abstract: Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as one of the most influential technological transformations of the twenty-first century, significantly affecting educational systems, legal structures, and ethical frameworks. The increasing integration of AI technologies into social institutions has created new opportunities for improving efficiency and innovation while simultaneously raising complex regulatory and ethical concerns (Russell & Norvig, 2021). This study aims to explore the future implications of artificial intelligence in emerging societies, particularly focusing on its integration into education, legal regulation, and ethical considerations. The research adopts an analytical and foresight-based methodological approach to examine the opportunities and challenges associated with AI adoption. It assumes that artificial intelligence can enhance educational efficiency, improve governance, and promote ethical awareness if supported by appropriate legal and social frameworks (Holmes et al., 2019). The study concludes that emerging societies must develop balanced strategies combining technological innovation with ethical responsibility and legal accountability to ensure sustainable development (UNESCO, 2021). Résumé : L’intelligence artificielle (IA) s’est imposée comme l’une des transformations technologiques les plus marquantes du XXIe siècle, affectant profondément les systèmes éducatifs, les structures juridiques et les cadres éthiques. L’intégration croissante des technologies d’IA dans les institutions sociales a ouvert de nouvelles perspectives d’amélioration de l’efficacité et de l’innovation, tout en soulevant des questions réglementaires et éthiques complexes (Russell & Norvig, 2021). Cette étude vise à explorer les implications futures de l’intelligence artificielle dans les sociétés émergentes, en particulier son intégration dans l’éducation, la réglementation juridique et les considérations éthiques. La recherche adopte une approche méthodologique analytique et prospective pour examiner les opportunités et les défis liés à l’adoption de l’IA. Elle part du principe que l’intelligence artificielle peut améliorer l’efficacité de l’éducation, la gouvernance et la sensibilisation à l’éthique si elle s’appuie sur des cadres juridiques et sociaux appropriés (Holmes et al., 2019). L’étude conclut que les sociétés émergentes doivent élaborer des stratégies équilibrées combinant innovation technologique, responsabilité éthique et obligation de rendre des comptes afin de garantir un développement durable (UNESCO, 2021).
