الملخص
لقد أسهمت التقنيات الحديثة للذكاء الاصطناعي في تطوير آليات عصرية في مجال التعليم المفتوح و عن بعد ، و الذي يعتبره العديد من الباحثين أساس تطور أي مسار تعلمي أو تكويني لما يتضمنه من طرق مستمرة من الضوابط و التوازنات في عمليات التعلم في التدريس . تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية تطبيق تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في التعليم المفتوح و عن بعد و دوره في تعزيز الوساطة التكنلوجية ، و التدابير الفعالة لضمان تكامل هذه التقنيات بشكل فعال دون التأثير السلبي على العلاقات الانسانية و التفاعل بين أطراف العملية التعليمية في منظومات التعليم المفتوح و عن بعد. و نظرا للتساؤلات الكثيرة حول مصير العلاقات الانسانية في ظل تطبيق تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي ضمن منظومات التعليم المفتوح و عن بعد ، سنحاول من خلال هذه الدراسة المساهمة بطريقة عملية في وضع تصورا للموضوع ، بعرض أهم تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي التي يمكن الافادة منها في تطوير اساليب التعليم المفتوح و عن بعد و الوقوف أمام التحديات التي قد تعتري العلاقات الانسانية في البيئة الرقمية التعليمية. Modern artificial intelligence technologies have contributed to the development of contemporary mechanisms in the field of open and distance education, which many researchers consider to be a fundamental pillar for the advancement of any learning or training pathway, as it incorporates continuous regulatory and balancing approaches within teaching and learning processes. This study aims to highlight the importance of applying artificial intelligence technologies in open and distance education and their role in enhancing technological mediation, as well as the effective measures required to ensure the proper integration of these technologies without negatively affecting human relationships and interaction among the stakeholders of the educational process within open and distance learning systems. In view of the numerous questions raised about the future of human relationships in light of the implementation of artificial intelligence technologies within open and distance education systems, this study seeks to contribute in a practical manner by proposing a conceptual framework for the topic. It does so by presenting the most significant artificial intelligence applications that can be leveraged to develop open and distance education practices, while also examining the challenges that may affect human relationships in the digital educational environment.
