: The economic dimension represents one of the most significant pillars of Algerian–American relations, which have traditionally been centered on the energy sector, regarded as the primary driver of economic exchange between the two countries. With the accession of President Abdelmadjid Tebboune, these relations have experienced renewed momentum within the context of international transformations, particularly those linked to political crises at the global level, as well as shifts in the domestic context. In this regard, President Tebboune has adopted an economic cooperation strategy based on the diversification of trade partners and the expansion of cooperation into sectors beyond the traditional hydrocarbons industry. Consequently, this strategy constitutes a turning point toward the establishment of a more diversified economic partnership founded on mutual interests.
: Economic cooperation; trade exchange; foreign investment; the hydrocarbons sector.
