الملخص
يعتبر الاستثمار عنصرا أساسيا وفعالا للتنمية الاقتصادية وتحريك عجلة النمو الاقتصادي في أي دولة ، ونظرا لأهميته فقد أولت الدول اهتماما كبيرا به من خلال تبني العديد من السياسيات التي من شأنها ترقيته وتطويره . وعلى غرار باقي الدول و لمواكبة التطورات أدرجت الجزائر الاستثمار ضمن استراتيجيتها الاقتصادية المعول عليها لإخراج البلاد من دائرة التبعية للمحروقات وتنويع مصادر الدخل . وتجلى ذلك من خلال ترسانة من التشريعات والآليات لجلب المستثمرين وتحفيزهم بجملة من الضمانات والمحفزات وتذليل المشاكل والمعوقات أمامهم ، كل ذلك بهدف تحقيق وإيجاد بيئة استثمارية ملائمة والوصول الى نمو اقتصادي متكامل . Investment is an essential and effective element of economic development and the acceleration of economic growth in any country. Given its importance, States have paid great attention to it through the adoption of many policies that would promote and develop it. Like other countries and to keep pace with developments, Algeria has included investment in its reliable economic strategy to remove the country from the circle of dependence on burns and diversify sources of income. This was demonstrated by an arsenal of legislation and mechanisms to attract and stimulate investors with a variety of guarantees and incentives and to overcome problems and constraints, all with a view to achieving and creating an appropriate investment environment and achieving integrated economic growth.
