فلسفة القيمة الحجاجية عند الجاحظ _كتاب البيان والتبيّن أنموذجًا_.

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدّراسة لإرساء جملة من مضامين كتاب البيان والتّبيّن للجاحظ، لما تحتويه من قضايا فكرية ولغوية تتضمن حضور المقصدية الحجاجية، التّي تمكّن من الكشف عن مقاصد المتكلم، انطلاقا من عرض قيّم فكرية جاءت كاستراتيجية لغوية حجاجيّة ذات مستويات متفاوتة في قوتها وضعفها، وعلى ضوء ذلك توصلنا إلى مجموعة من النّتائج _فيما يخص القيمة الحجاجية عند الجاحظ في كتابه البيان والتبيّن_، إذ إنّ المقصدية الحجاجية حاضرة في العملية التّواصلية وذلك من خلال المادة الخام للحجاج الكامنة في اللّغة في أشكالها التّواصلية المختلفة، وكذلك ما تسهم به الرّوابط والعوامل الحجاجية في بناء تراتبية السلم الحجاجي الذي يدخل بشكل مباشر في إنتاج الخطاب الحجاجي الذّي يرتبط بشكل مباشر بالحياة الاجتماعية والمواقف الإنسانيّة. Abstract This study aims to establish a set of contents from Al-Jahiz's book Al-Bayān wa al-Tabyīn, due to its intellectual and linguistic issues that include the presence of argumentative intent, which enables the disclosure of the speaker's intentions, based on the presentation of intellectual values that came as a rhetorical linguistic strategy with varying levels of strength and weakness. In light of this, we have reached a set of conclusions regarding the rhetorical value in Al-Jahiz's book Al-Bayān wa al-Tabyīn, as the argumentative purpose is present in the communication process through the raw material of argumentation inherent in language in its various communicative forms, as well as through the contribution of argumentative links and factors in constructing the argumentative hierarchy that directly enters into the production of argumentative discourse, which is directly related to social life and human situations.
