Abstract
This article talks about one of the makers of the events of the Algerian revolution on both its political and military sides, Martyr BAJI Mukhtar, who was one of the most prominent leaders of the organization of the revolution and the wise leadership, which was characterized by revolutionary qualities, Its strength and violence derived from social upbringing and the dire economic and social conditions suffered by Algeria in general and Souk AHRAS in particular, In addition to that, the massacres of May 8, 1945 because of which the new generation of militants increased their determination to take up arms and blow up the revolution, Among them was BAJI Mukhtar, who learned the principles of organized struggle and grew up to love the homeland in Islamic scouting, He applied those principles in his education to young people, preparing them and training them to fight and confront the enemy, He was associated with the National Movement early as he was one of the most active elements of the People's Party in Souk AHRAS, Then the movement of victory for democratic liberties, He also contributed to the formation and strengthening of the Special Organization and to the founding of the Revolutionary Committee for Unity and Labor, He supervised the preparation of the revolution and continued to train and provide supplies and weapons until his death.
