أسباب الاختلاف الفقهي والاختلاف النحوي: التقاطعات والدلالات

الملخص
الفقه والنحو عِلمان في غاية الأهمية في حياة الأمة، والاختلاف فيهما إذا لم يضبط يكون مفسدة لأهم مقوماتها وهما الدين واللغة. وهذه الدراسة بعنوان "أسباب الاختلاف الفقهي و الاختلاف النحوي: التقاطعات والدلالات"، تكشف عن أبرز أسباب الاختلاف في كل من الفقه والنحو وتبيّن مدى التقاطع والترابط بين مجموعتي هذه الأسباب في العِلمين لتخرج من خلال ذلك ببعض الدلالات بغرض الضبط وترشيد. Jurisprudence and grammar are two disciplines of utmost importance to the life of the nation. If disagreement within them is not controlled, it can be detrimental to its most important components: religion and language. This study, entitled "The Causes of Jurisprudential and Grammatical Differences: Intersections and Implications," reveals the most prominent causes of disagreement in both jurisprudence and grammar, demonstrating the extent of the intersection and interconnectedness between these two sets of causes in both disciplines. This study provides some insights for the purpose of control and guidance.
