الملخص
تركز الدراسة على الدبلوماسية البيئية كألية مهمة و أساسية لتحقيق حماية فعالة للحق في البيئة بمنظور التنمية المستدامة التي أسست لفكرة العدالة بين الأجيال كقيمة مركزية توافق بين استدامة البيئة و رفاه البشر، كما أن الحق في البيئة هو حق من حقوق الانسان ، حيث يمهد خطاب حقوق الانسان من منظور الحق في البيئة و حمايتها في سياق العمل الدبلوماسي لما يسمى بالدبلوماسية البيئية . The study focuses on environmental diplomacy as a crucial mechanism for effectively protecting the right to a healthy environment within the framework of sustainable development. This framework establishes intergenerational justice as a central value that reconciles environmental sustainability with human well-being. Furthermore, the right to a healthy environment is a human right, and the discourse on human rights, from the perspective of the right to a healthy environment and its protection within the context of diplomatic action, paves the way for what is known as environmental diplomacy.
