الملخص
حظيت الوظائف التنفيذية كالتثبيط والتخطيط والمرونة المعرفية واتخاذ القرار باهتمام الباحثين شأنها في ذلك شأن عسر القراءة الذي هو اضطراب تعلم محدد. قد يصاب التثبيط والمرونة المعرفية باضطراب في عسر القراءة الذي يجب الكشف عنهما مبكراً في سياق التقييم العصبي النفسي. يتطرق هذا المقال الذي يشكل إطارا تفسيريا إلى مختلف المظاهر التي تنطوي عليها مفهومي الوظائف التنفيذية وعسر القراءة. Executive functions such as inhibition, planning, cognitive flexibility, and decision-making have attracted researchers' interest, just like dyslexia, which is a specific learning disorder. Inhibition and cognitive flexibility may be impaired in dyslexia, necessitating their early detection within the framework of a neuropsychological assessment. This article, which serves as an explanatory framework, explores the various manifestations inherent to the concepts of executive functions and dyslexia. Les fonctions exécutives telles que l'inhibition, la planification, la flexibilité cognitive et la prise de décision ont suscité l'intérêt des chercheurs, tout comme la dyslexie, qui est un trouble spécifique des apprentissages. L'inhibition et la flexibilité cognitive peuvent être altérées dans la dyslexie, ce qui nécessite leur détection précoce dans le cadre d’une évaluation neuropsychologique. Cet article, qui constitue un cadre explicatif, aborde les différentes manifestations inhérentes aux concepts de fonctions exécutives et de dyslexie.
