The Evolution Of The Legal System For Granting Land Intended For Investment In Algeria

Abstract
The Algerian legislator tried to set up a number of mechanisms to ensure the success of the investment process by reviewing and developing the various legal texts related to investment, attempting to eliminate the various problems associated with it. Meanwhile, the issue of how to grant property allocated for investment and the legal developments related to this matter remained, particularly regarding the final form adopted from grants by assignment, then the concession, to an agreed form the concession convertible into an assignment. ملخص: حاول المشرع الجزائري وضع مجموعة من الآليات بهدف انجاح العملية الاستثمارية من خلال مراجعة مختلف النصوص القانونية المرتبطة بالاستثمار وتطويرها، ومحاولا القضاء على مختلف الاشكاليات المقترنة بها . فيما بقيت مشكلة كيفية منح العقار الموجه للاستثمار والتطورات القانونية المرتبطة بهذا الشأن ، لاسيما من ناحية الصيغة النهائية المعتمدة بين المنح عن طريق التنازل ثم الامتياز وصولا الى صيغة توافقية وهي الامتياز القابل للتحويل إلى تنازل .
