" Bullying As A Mirror Of Social Fragility: A Sociological Field Study Of El-borj Neighborhood In The Context Of Changing Value Structures"

Abstract
This study aims to analyze bullying as a reflection of social fragility within the context of value transformations in Algerian society, through a field study in Hai El-Borj. The research adopts a sociological approach based on field observations, semi-structured interviews, and content analysis of digital interactions, with the objective of identifying prevalent forms of bullying, targeted groups, and the structural factors that explain the phenomenon. Findings reveal that bullying transcends being merely deviant individual behavior, becoming instead a mechanism for reproducing relations of domination and symbolic violence, in a context marked by weak social control and the decline of solidarity values.
