الزراعة الرعوية في الجزائر: دراسة اجتماعية مقارنة

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل الأبعاد السوسيولوجية للفلاحة الرعوية في الجزائر من منظور مقارن، مع التركيز على التغيرات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية التي طرأت على المجتمعات الرعوية التقليدية بعد عملية التنمية الزراعية وتوسع الاستيطان. تعتمد الدراسة على تحليل نقدي لمجموعة من الدراسات السابقة، والمقابلات الميدانية مع مرّحلين رعويين في مناطق جنوب ووسط الجزائر. تظهر النتائج تباينًا في ديناميات الممارسات الرعوية بين المناطق، وتأثير السياسات العمومية على نمط حياة المجتمعات الرعوية، إضافة إلى انعكاسات التحديث على الهُويات الاجتماعية والتنظيمات المحلية. وتخلص الدراسة إلى توصيات ترتكز على تعزيز مشاركة السكان الرعويين في صنع القرار، وحماية الحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية لهم في ظل التحولات الحديثة. This study aims to analyze the sociological dimensions of pastoral agriculture in Algeria from a comparative perspective, focusing on the social and economic changes that occurred in traditional pastoral communities after the process of agricultural development and settlement expansion. The study is based on a critical analysis of a range of previous studies and field interviews with pastoral deportees in the regions of southern and central Algeria. The results show variation in the dynamics of pastoral practices between regions, the impact of public policies on the lifestyle of pastoral communities, in addition to the repercussions of modernization on social identities and local organizations. The study concludes with recommendations based on enhancing the participation of pastoral populations in decision-making and protecting their economic and social rights in light of modern transformations.
